Boiling water
1 cup water
1/5 cup apple cider vinegar

Meanwhile, mix together water, apple vinegar, pepper, sugar, and salt all together until salt and sugar dissolve. Drain the onions, put them in a jar. Pour the brine you prepared over them and close the jar tightly. The pickled red onions will be ready after one day. Deep-fried Jalapenos


2 jalapenos
1/5 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cornflour
A pinch of garlic powder
A pinch of chili powder
A pinch of black pepper
1 cup water
2 eggs


Cut the jalapenos into rings, not too thin nor too thick. Prepare the batter in a large bowl. Mix flour, cornflour, garlic powder, chili powder, black pepper, and water all together. Now add the eggs, give everything a quick mix and the batter is ready to use. Drop jalapenos ring in the batter and let them sit for a while. Take jalapeno rings out of the batter and drop them in hot oil to fry. Take them out of the oil when they are golden. Don’t over-fry them. Put on a paper towel to dry and set aside.

The burger


A toasted bun
4 Oz minced meat
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
1 slice cheese
Add salt and pepper to the meatball. Put it on a hot surface or a hot non-sticking pan after you add some oil. Flat the ball and cook the first side. Flip the burger to allow the other side to cook. Add the cheese on top while cooking.

1 1/5 pounds minced beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
4 hamburger buns
4 slices of cheese
Lettuce, tomato, onion

First, put beef in a bowl and add pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well until combined. Divide it into 4 parts and form hamburger patties with your hands.
Second, place the burgers on a preheated grill and cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook for another 5 minutes on the other side. Before you remove them, put slices of cheese over the burger to melt a bit. Set aside.
