Let’s take a look at this way of eating ice cream as a sandwich with brownies. Prepare any recipe of ice cream of your choice beforehand and freeze it for later.
110 g butter
50 g sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup flour
0.5 cup cocoa powder
A pinch of salt
1 kg ice cream of any flavor you prefer

In a mixer, mix butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add two yolks and mix again. In a bowl, prepare your dry ingredients. Sift flour, cocoa, and salt, and give everything a quick stir. Add the dry ingredients to the mixer and mix. Use the rolling pin to spread your dough without flour and make sure it is not too thick. Cut it into rectangular pieces and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. If you like the traditional ice cream sandwich look, use a fork to pierce little holes on it before baking. Let them cool completely and start making your sandwiches. Lay ice cream slice on top of 6 cookies and add 6 more on top. Use a knife to cut through the ice cream and press gently then freeze for 2 hours to set. 6 ice cream sandwiches are ready to try now. Enjoy!
